Import Paint & Body of Charlotte, Inc. is a referral-based business. It does not rely on Yellow Page ads, direct-repair relationships with insurance companies, or advertising of any kind.
Founded and incorporated in 1988 by Loren Koski, Import Paint and Body has grown to become one of the leading autobody repair shops in the Charlotte, NC area. Our business has been built upon the referrals of our customers and our relationships with dealerships across the southeastern United States. While we are an automotive repair facility, we see ourselves first and foremost in the customer service business. Over the past thirty-plus years, our passion has been taking care of our customers by striving to provide first-class quality repairs at fair prices, resulting in lasting relationships with our network of clients.
Our mission continues to be to provide honest, accurate and fair services in as timely a manner as possible. In our ever-changing world of supply chain issues and staffing challenges, we understand the importance of ongoing communication and are working hard to continually improve the customer experience in every way possible. Our values are based on biblical principles, and we aim to serve our employees and their families by fostering a work environment that builds character and nurtures families.
Since purchasing the business from Loren in December of 2021, Christer Tepper and Loren’s daughter, Gwen, are excited to carry on the family legacy into the future. We aim to strengthen the relationship with our existing clients as we continually welcome new customers into the fold, and have invested heavily in new equipment, software, and procedures to provide a fresh and efficient experience to the repair process. While we strive to “get it right” the first time, we are committed to doing everything possible to ensure our customers are satisfied with our repairs.
